Our funnel model: top-of-funnel (reach reels) → mid-funnel (saves, profile visits, story warm-up) → bottom-funnel (DM script or landing page → checkout). Every stage has a metric, a script and a fallback.

We typically rebuild three things: the bio + link-in-bio page, the story-highlight sequence (the silent salesperson), and the inbound DM flow. Combined, these often double conversion without changing ad spend.
